Troy is originally from Willmar, MN, but has returned to Minnesota after living in Norfolk, Virginia after serving in the United States Navy for 6 years as a Hospital Corpsman. He enjoys photography, kayaking/canoeing/crew rowing, as well as many other outdoor activities. He is actively involved in the Minnesota Academy of Physician Assistants and is a current Director-At-Large and current chairperson for their Scholarship Committee.
